A.   Animal Trails and Walkways (575)

• Include all costs associated with components of this practice and the cost of companion practices that are needed to install this practice in the total cost column of the application evaluation worksheet, including fence and filter strip establishment if needed. This practice is not applicable to protecting gate areas. However, the trail and walkway may include gate openings.

• Fence shall be installed at the edge of the walkway to prevent livestock from traveling on areas along the edge of the walkway.
