Following is a guide to assist in determining when a practice is considered to be the primary practice or not for EQIP ranking and evaluation purposes. It may not be all-inclusive to cover all situations encountered but will cover most. If a practice is not listed on the evaluation worksheet and is required by either state EQIP policies or FOTG standards, the practice cost can be included with the primary practice.
