** Limited Resource Farmers and Beginning Farmers must meet certain requirements and certify on the CCC-1200 as to their standing.

 

1/ Includes pipeline, watering facility , fence and other components as needed to complete the practice.  Cost-share limited to 65% NTE $7,500 for embankment ponds and $3,000 for excavated ponds.

2/ 5 contiguous acres minimum to be established

3/ $2,000 maximum incentive payment per year per contract
