CSP Existing Practice Component for Red River

Existing Practice Component will be calculated to equal 25% of the contract's annual Stewardship Payment. (All contracts will have an existing practice component.)

An example: 

If a contract's annual payment is $1,000, the contract will have an existing Practice Payment of $250.
