Deleting Users from USDA Computer Network

1. DC or RC&D Coordinator complete form:  Request to Add or Delete NRCS Partner Personnel for NRCS space.

                    or download Microsoft Word document per-6-s101.doc.

2. Fax completed form to Lori Baker, Internet System Security Point of Contact, at 859-224-7393.

3. IT Staff is notified and email account and login to local computer is discontinued.
